Two water and septic hook-ups are available, although there is no cable television hook-up; power (30 amp) is available near the gazebo. These hookups are at either side of the lot allowing your choice of sites or, should you be traveling with family or friends, there's room for two rigs.
There's the gazebo, of course, with a picnic table and benches, campfire pit and complimentary wood; horseshoes/pits and plenty of room for croquet, badminton, etc. There's lots of sun in the afternoon...and shade provided by the majestic firs as well!
The only noises you might hear at night are the on-site snoring; the word "fore" emanating from the golf course (hopefully, no cussing); the breeze in the trees, and birds. Deer are often seen on the golf course, and at night there's seemingly billions of stars shining down on us all....
By the way, the RV lot sits between two residences in a cul-de-sac, one of which is owned by the lot owners, the Rouillards.
